Amy Winehouse's dad wants Lady Gaga to play tragic singer in biopic

Amy Winehouse's father Mitch Winehouse wants Lady Gaga to play the role of his daughter in a film based on the tragic singer's life.

The late singer's dad thinks that the 'Born This Way' hitmaker would be perfect for the role.
"We were invited to TONY BENNETT's birthday party and we sat on a table with Lady Gaga's mum and dad. They are just normal folk and very lovely people," the Mirror quoted him as saying at the Huffington Post celebrity Soapbox bash.


"I have heard that Lady Gaga is keen to play Amy in a film.
