Facebook for iPhone updated with Timeline support, performance fixes

Just a few days after the Facebook for Android app and the mobile Facebook website were updated with support for the new Timeline feature, Facebook has released a update for the iPhone version of its app that also provides access to Timeline. In addition to the Timeline feature, Facebook for iPhone version 4.1 also adds access to friend lists, subscribers, and subscriptions; has faster, more reliable performance; and makes it easier to view, comment on, and upload photos. Facebook says that the Timeline feature will be coming to the iPad version of the app in the near future. Facebook for iPhone version 4.1 is free and available in the iTunes App Store now.
