DMX, Swizz Beats, Drag-On, and Murda-Mook are reuniting for a Ruff Ryders reunion tour, according to TMZ.

While DMX says that past Ruff Ryders’ artists Eve and The L.O.X. haven’t signed on yet, TMZ quoted Eve this past weekend saying she was ready to be a part of the “massive comeback.”

Ruff Ryders Entertainment was founded by Darrin “Dee” Dean and Joaquin “Waah” Dean, producer Swizz Beat‘s uncles, in 1988. Both Dee and Waah became famous for managing the successful rap careers of DMX, Mase, and The L.O.X. in the late ’90s. Artists, such as Eve and Jadakiss, were also managed by Ruff Ryders Entertaiment, with Swizz Beatz acting as the main producer for most of Ruff Ryders’ acts.

In 2008, even though Swizz Beatz announced a Ruff Ryders Reunion album, the project was shelved, but with Waah reportedly booking venues across the country for the tour, it looks as though a reunion album could be near.
